An important factor in the services we provide from our four Calaveras County offices is -- we do not outsource our products! While other companies elect to send & retrieve important title information overseas, we keep our business local and help develop jobs throughout the County.

1. From the moment the buyer purchases the property and a

closing date is set - The Escrow & Title process can be

started. 2. This happens when the Real Estate Agent contacts us!

3. Phone contact and an in-person appointment is set up. 4.

The Title search begins. It's no surprise for our Officers to

investigate past "chain of title" history dating back 50 to 70

years! 5. Communicating with the Agent and us is the key for a successful move! 6. After both the buyer and seller have

complied with all agreed-upon terms, the escrow is "closed,"

and the deed is recorded with the County Recorder. 7. Close

of Escrow - The escrow company notifies the agents that the

title is recorded and on that day the property belongs to the

buyer.
